Common materials of Warman slurry pump:
Warman Slurry pump has a variety of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant metal materials and natural rubber accessories suitable for different conditions.
Wear resistant alloys mainly include A05, A07, A49, A33, glh1-5, cr30a, stainless steel 304316205 and other common materials.
1. High chromium wear resistant cast iron A05 (kmtbcr27)
The hardness of the material is high, the hardness of heat treatment can reach HRC58-62, and it has good anti-corrosion performance. As far as the alkaline mixed liquid is concerned, it has good anti-corrosion performance, and can be used in strong wear conditions. The casting process of high chromium cast iron is difficult and the processing is difficult. But it has long service life and moderate price, so it is the most widely used material for slurry pump.
A07 is a wear-resistant material developed on the basis of kmtbcr15mo3. Kmtbcr15mo3 is currently recognized as an excellent wear-resistant material in the world. It is generally used in the transportation of slag slurry with high concentration, high lift and strong abrasion, but its application is limited due to its high price.

3. A49 (duplex stainless white iron)

Heat treatment hardness: hrc44-50
Corrosion resistance: austenite endows it with corrosion resistance, which can resist the corrosion of sulfuric acid solution with pH 4, sodium hydroxide solution with pH 13, and certain concentration of Cl -
Wear resistance: carbide endows the alloy with wear resistance, mainly resisting the wear of gypsum solid particles
4. A33 (duplex stainless white iron)
This material not only has the wear resistance of high chromium alloy, but also has good corrosion resistance and strong acid resistance. It is especially suitable for phosphoric acid and nitric acid pump. It is a special metal material for phosphoric acid pump, with good use effect and long service life.
Heat treatment hardness: hrc35-50 l corrosion resistance: austenite gives it corrosion resistance, which can resist sulfuric acid solution with pH 1.
Wear resistance: carbide endows the alloy with wear resistance, mainly resisting phosphogypsum, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and other media.
5. Rubber lining
There are two kinds of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, which are mainly suitable for fine particles without sharp edges and corners. Natural rubber has good elasticity, good sealing performance and strong anti-corrosion performance. In the application of slurry pump material, rubber has been developed rapidly with its excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and cavitation resistance, especially in the flue gas desulfurization of power plant, and its service life can reach five years.
